Westlake Village

Westlake Village, and the surrounding communities of Oak Park, Agoura Hills and Thousand Oaks offer the luxury and style of the Westside, except with larger homes, larger lots, and easier living. Westlake and environs are affluent communities that are free from the congestion one experiences in Brentwood and Beverly Hills, yet with restaurants and services on par with the best the westside has to offer. Unlike the San Fernando Valley, cool breezes from Malibu (approximately 9 miles to the South) keep temperatures in line with those of Brentwood (and nowhere near the scorching heat one finds in Encino or Woodland Hills). Westlake Village also features a lake (complete with lakeside dining, boating, and homes with private docks) which adds to the serene and resort-like feel of the community. People in the know say that just living in Westlake Village feels like being on vacation.
